My Classes

Learning to Bellydance at Classes is a great way to get in touch with your body, to feel good about your bodyshape and to celebrate it. At classes you will meet likeminded women from all walks of life, all ages and shapes.You will get fitter, learn about the music, rhythms, history, costuming and culture in a friendly relaxed atmosphere........... 
But most of all, you will have fun!! 

I am fully insured to teach dance, and I have full public liability.
I am JWAAD trained in safe teaching (JWAAD Foundation)
I have PRS and PPL License.

Tuesday evenings at St Marks Parish Church Hall, Church Road, Biggin Hill, Kent.
Beginners Class at 7pm. £7 per class
Improvers/Intermediate Class at 8.15pm. £7 per class


Wednesday evenings at Darwin Dance Studio, Darwin School, Jail Lane, Biggin Hill, Kent. Easy to get to. Lots of free parking.  
Special Intermediate/Choreography/Performance Class 
at 8pm. £7 per class 
This is for students who want to perform, or seriously advance their dancing skills. If learning a choreography you would have to attend every week.


BRAND NEW EXCERCISE CLASS....'BELLY-AEROBICS'. STARTING FRIDAY 27th JAN     
For fitness, toning and calorie burning. Trimming the Tummy area. One hour of         
medium aerobic moves mixed with Bellydance moves to Middle Eastern music.        
A Womans Workout! Only £5 per class. 7.30pm-8.30pm every FRIDAY evening at     the W.I. HALL, LEBANON ROAD, BIGGIN HILL. For non-bellydancers too.                      

What to wear.....Long skirts or loose fitting trousers or leggings are good for class. No you don't have to show your belly unless you want to!!! Bare feet are best or ballet pumps. No trainers please. It is also a good idea to bring water. Coin hip scarfs can be worn and are available for purchase in class. 

I am also available to teach private lessons. 
At your home or a local dance studio.
For individuals or groups up to 6. I can teach you advanced technique, props or a

These will be for Improver/Intermediate/Advanced Level Students who need a 
challenge.

 Social life. There is a great social life within the Bellydancing community.

Lots of Haflas [ bellydancing parties], Shows, Open Platforms, Workshops,

Harem Afternoons, Souks and Bazzars etc. I often organise groups to go to
